What is the dress code?
Cocktail attire. Please dress to impress and feel free to have fun with color!
For those wearing suits, tie is optional, blazer preferred, please no jeans. Dresses should be knee length or below, please do not dress in white, cream, or ivory.
As this is an outdoor wedding on a mountain, please wear appropriate footwear! Stilettos should be left at home.
Due to the high altitude, we advise bringing a light jacket for the evening.
Can I post photos online?
Of course! However, we do ask that you do not post any pictures of children online, we would like to respect the parents' wishes of privacy!
How do we get from the base of the mountain to the ceremony?
Guests will first take a scenic chair lift up to the ceremony site. After the ceremony, guests will have the option to take the chair lift or the Alpine Slide down to the reception tent.
There will be a shuttle van for those needing assistance. Children under the age of 3 cannot ride on the slide and will need a parent / guardian to take the van down with them. Please note if you will be planning on using the van on your RSVP.
There will be a 10 minute walk to and from the ceremony site on uneven ground. Please keep this in mind as you plan your footwear.
Are children invited?
Yes!
Can I bring a plus one?
We kindly ask that only guests listed on the invitation attend. If you received a plus one, that will be on your invitation.
Will the wedding and reception be outdoors?
Rain or shine, the ceremony will be held outdoors mid-mountain!
The reception will be underneath a tent and take place at the base of the mountain near the lodge.
Is there transportation to / from the venue?
Yes. There will be shuttle loop between the Grand Lodges, Colins Lake Resort, Best Western, and Skibowl West Base. More information to be provided closer to the date.

There is also ample onsite parking.
How do I get to Government Camp?
Government Camp (Govy) is about an hour from the Portland Airport. We do recommend renting a car.
